A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Inspired by the surrounding mountains and breathtaking scenery, I created a simple brand identity and packaging designs for a local coffee shop and roastery in the picturesque French town of Chamonix.
“Kyn worked with us to redesign our logo and brand identity. Creative, responsive, reactive - he truly listens. He managed to interpret all the ideas spinning around our heads and present them to us in a comprehensible format! The whole process was an absolute pleasure and we will continue to work with him as our brand develops further.”
I created the brand identity and designed and built the website for Leftside Creative – a new talent agency, representing some of the best men’s hair stylists and groomers in the UK.

“We had an idea for our business and Kyn brought it to life, creating our logo, brand identity and website. The whole process was so smooth and enjoyable. With every element Kyn provided multiple options, suggestions and always listened to our ideas. Being in the fashion industry we needed the design aspect and logo to be on point, the website to be simplistic, engaging and easy for us to maintain. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Kyn’s experience and understanding approach and passion for his work are why we will always continue to collaborate with him on future projects.”
Once Upon a Town (or OUT for short) is a bimonthly magazine I founded and produced with my brother Cai when we ran a design agency together in Epsom. It’s a new type of free local magazine that provides readers with top quality design, editorial and production values more commonly seen in high-end newsstand publications.
“Wow! I’ve just picked up Issue 02 of Once Upon a Town and now wish I’d seen Issue 01! I love the magazine - the size, design, paper quality, colour and the very relevant content for this time of year.
I just wanted to say ‘well done’, and sorry, I’m not passing on to a friend, I am keeping for myself!”
Henley Festival is a five-day music, art and food extravaganza held in July every year, on the banks of the River Thames. As part of design agency Cai and Kyn I started work with them in 2012, creating a new identity to establish the festival as one of the premier events on the UK’s summer social calendar.
“What has impressed me most about Kyn is his instinctive understanding of our brand and his ability to constantly produce design of the highest quality that answers both a creative and commercial need. He is very much part of the festival team and you couldn’t find a nicer person to work with!”
Take Note is an innovative initiative set up by two pioneering social entrepreneurs with a mission to help small arts organisations collaborate to produce extraordinary work that would otherwise be impossible.
I started working with Take Note whilst they were still in the funding stage and in need of a brand identity that would appeal to investors, fit into the arts world and express the core theme at the heart of their mission: facilitating collaboration.
“Kyn is a fantastic creative partner and collaborator. He really takes time to fully understand the concepts and ideas for which we need design support and responds to them in a way that adds dynamism, clarity, visual interest and accessibility. It's always exciting to work with Kyn and to see our ideas take on a vibrant visual identity which we could never have come up with ourselves.”
I worked on the creation and design of an internal magazine for UK tech giants, Arm. With a focus on creativity and visualising Arm’s distinctive personality, the magazine had a look and feel more akin to newsstand publications than a piece of internal comms.
“You are my favourite design-orientated individual on the planet. I wish you could design everything in my life.”
After creating the original identity for Clerkenwell Design Week way back in 2010 whilst at Cai and Kyn, we were again approached by the event’s owners, Media 10, to create a celebratory new campaign for their 10th anniversary.
“How do you get designers excited about a design festival? Well, getting the look and feel right is a great place to start. This is why I chose to work with Cai and Kyn. They’re gifted designers with a great deal of experience working in the design industry and always seem to come up with something exciting and original, which is exactly what was needed for Clerkenwell Design Week.”
I worked alongside the marketing team at Kodak and my long-term collaborators Stranger Collective on the art direction and design of Kodachrome magazine – Kodak’s ambitious publication that champions the resurgence of analogue culture.
“Issue 02 looks amazing. I can’t stop staring at it and smiling. Thanks again for the great work, and the passion you have brought to this project.”
In 2019 100% Design celebrated its 25th year, making it the UK’s longest-running design trade event for industry professionals.
I was tasked with creating a campaign that paid homage to 100% Design’s 25th anniversary and acted as a bridge to a potential change of name the following year to Design London.
“I have worked with Cai and Kyn for going on 12 years. Every commission has been different, and some at only a moment's notice, but this never affects the quality of the ideas and designs that they’re able to produce. I love working with them, and hope to do so for many more years to come.”
I worked with the marketing team at Booths and brand consultants Smith&+Village to create a game-changing Christmas book, elevating it above the conventional supermarket Christmas brochure.
Over a 20+ year career I’ve designed award-winning brand identity systems, exhibitions, signage, corporate communications, websites and books, for multinational companies through to budding start-up businesses.
It all began at Interbrand Newell & Sorrell, where I learnt from some of the best brand designers in the business. I went on to work at leading boutique design agencies before setting up my own studio Cai and Kyn in 2007 along with my brother, Cai.
The last 14 years have seen me work on a huge variety of different design projects for clients such as Arm, Booths, Bristol Old Vic, Clerkenwell Design Week, Henley Festival, Marks & Spencer, Kodak, and many more.
Now I’m offering my extensive experience and expertise as a freelancer, and am looking to work with people and businesses that believe good design can make a difference, and who want to make a positive impact on the world.
Whether you’re a business or an individual looking for a trusted and creative partner to work on a design project, or an agency in need of a fresh set of eyes or an extra pair of hands, I’d love to hear from you.
